Club rush
The Club Rush is on 2/10 in the Galleria. PTK has a table there.

Conclusions
Ethan will man the table. Thi might be able to for a short amount of time.

SGA meetings

Discussion
There is a SGA Meeting on 2/27 from 12:30-2:00 in the Galleria. As a club, PTK needs to have a member present. Also there is a SGA club workshop on 2/13.

Conclusions
Maria can attend the SGA meeting. Amber can attend from 1:15.
Maria and Thi might attend the workshop.

Regional Convention

Discussion
The PTK Middle States 22nd Regional Convention is 2/20-22 in Baltimore. There will be a lot of students from local chapters.

Conclusions
Maria, Thi, and Steve will go. Amber, Carol, and David might go.
No one will be sent to the national convention in Texas.


Walk for scholarship

Discussion
We need more teams and students to do recruiting. We should try to recruit other clubs, the division chairs, and more off-campus teams. Maybe if we had a website it would make donations easier and less intimidating to collect.

Conclusions
Thi and Maria will try to recruit the division chairs. Amber and Laura will try to recruit some directors. Officers will try to recruit the other clubs they belong to. An email update will be sent out by 2/20 on the progress.

Three star goal requirements
Ethan Myers
The AAS chapter of PTK is currently a Three Star chapter. We should try to become a Four Star chapter. The number of stars is based on a number of requirements.

Conclusions
Plan and create two honors study topics and two international service projects.
